Welcome to the 200mph Club Records site.
For a number for years now we have held our club ‘Judgement Days’, an opportunity to settle old scores and see just how fast you can go. Held at Woodbridge twice, sometimes three times a year, Judgement Days have charted the battle between the Hayabusa and the ZX-12r and more recently seen the rise of the ZZR1400... who knows what the future holds, but here is the archive of JD’s 1-10?
There is much debate over what comprises a ‘club record’, some argue that its the outright top speed achieved in a class, others that it is merely about bikes on the day. Weather conditions have been called into question and we have seen one event stand out over other due to the ‘Gust of God’ - a mighty tail wind that saw speeds rise by some 7-8mph. So we are aware that there is an issue with wind assistance and we are working on a solution to either factor this in or negate it as a factor at future events.
The debate will rage on, but for now we have not included the results of JD9 in our calculations of the records and top fives. However we have listed the top speeds from JD9 in each class where they surpass those of other events and of course we have included the full JD9 results for comparative reasons. We apologise to those this outrages, but acknowledge your achievements. However in the interests of the records and those that wish to compare like with like, we are pleased to celebrate the following 200mph Club, Judgement Day records and our Hall of Fame.
